Getting Started with Campaigns

How to Access Campaigns

  1. Go to https://portal.pronetx.com.
  2. Sign in with the credentials your organization provides.
  3. In the left menu, click CxPortal.
  4. In the left menu, click Campaigns.

Note: If certain actions are not visible in the UI, your role may not include those permissions.

Understanding the Campaigns Browser Layout

You can access Campaigns in left menu in CxPortal. Expand Campaigns to access your campaigns and campaign groups.

The campaigns module is split into main three areas:

  • The Campaigns Dashboard: This page is your central hub for tracking how your agencies and campaigns are performing. It gives you a high-level performance overview, filters to focus on the campaigns that matter to you, and a searchable list of all your campaigns. From here you can see key metrics at a glance, adjust the time range you're viewing, and open any individual campaign to see more detail.
  • Create Campaign: This page is where you build and launch your campaigns. You choose a campaign type—Voice Survey, Voice Notification, SMS Survey, or SMS Notification—then add your content, set a schedule, and upload your contact list. Once everything looks right, you review the details and launch.
  • Campaign Groups: This page lets you organize campaigns into logical groups that work like departments. Groups help segment campaign activity and control who sees what, so users only view the campaigns relevant to them. From this page you can create new groups, see activity associated with each one, and remove groups you no longer need.
