Managing Instances

Switching between Connect instances

You can switch between the Connect instances configured for your organization at any time.

1. In the left navigation menu, select CxPortal.
2. Click Change instance to open the selection window.
3. Select the instance you want to work with.
4. Click Select Instance, then save your selection.
5. When the window closes, you are working in the newly selected instance.

To return to a previous instance, repeat these steps.
