Getting Started with Change Management

How to Access This Module

To access Change Management: 1. Log in to CxPortal. 1. Confirm the correct Amazon Connect instance is selected (shown in the header as Instance:). 1. In the left sidebar, click Change Management. 1. The module expands to show three sub-pages: Audit Log, Change Requests, and Scheduled Changes.

Your First Task

Try it: review a change in the audit log: 1. In the left sidebar, click Change Management > Audit Log. 1. In the table, find a record you want to inspect. 1. At the right end of the row, click the row menu (Open menu). 1. Click Review change. 1. The Audit Log Record Details dialog opens, showing the record's metadata and a Before State / After State comparison. 1. Click Close.
