Understanding the Q in Connect Browser Layout

Q in Connect is accessible in left menu in CxPortal. Expand Q in Connect to access your Prompts, AI Agents, and Knowledge Bases.

The Q in Connect module is split into main two areas:

  • Prompts: This page displays your prompts and their type. You can set up Prompts to instruct AI how to reply and structure its responses.
  • AI Agents: This page displays your AI Agents and lets you configure each agent with its own set of prompts to tailor the agent's behavior and easily troubleshoot problems or refine the specific prompts when needed.
  • Knowledge Bases: This page displays your Knowledge Bases along with their type and connection. You can search for a Knowledge Base by name and use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow the list.
