Understanding the Knowledge Management Browser Layout¶
Knowledge Management is accessible in left menu in CxPortal. Expand Knowledge Management to access your Knowledge Bases and Articles and use the Actions button in the upper right corner of each screen to perform tasks such as adding, editing, or syncing content.
The Knowledge Management module is split into main two areas:
- Knowledge Bases: This page displays your Knowledge Bases along with their type and connection. You can search for a Knowledge Base by name and use the filters on the left side of the screen to narrow the list.
- Articles: This page lists the articles within your Knowledge Bases along with details such as article title, association, and tags. You can use the filters on the left side of the screen to filter articles by their Knowledge Base or tags.
